We try our best to process all orders within 2 days and dispatch all orders within 3-4 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD, simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout. All orders are shipped Monday – Friday (not including holidays) across Mainland UK. Therefore, your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive but may be longer if there are any delays with the courier. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email directly from your courier of choice with the shipping and tracking information. Please ensure someone will be home to receive your package. Once your package has left our premises, we are no longer in control and cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages that are caused by our courier. Therefore, if you are experiencing any delays or have any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £70. If you select ‘free shipping’ at checkout, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you would prefer your order to be shipped with a different service or courier, simply select your choice at checkout. This will void the free shipping offer.

Please note, we do not offer shipping outside the United Kingdom.
